Joseph Hospital) Laboratory:
Monday-Friday
from 7:00AM to 7:00PM
Saturday
from 8:30AM to 3:00PM.
A
requisition detailing test information and all insurance information
can either accompany the patient or be faxed before
the scheduled visit of the patient. A telephone number and
the name of the ordering physician must be provided on the
requisition.

Scheduled
and prearranged phlebotomy services are available. Please
call to set up an appointment to discuss your facility's
needs.
On-call
phlebotomy services are available Monday - Sunday from 7:00
AM to 9:00 PM as your patient needs dictate; please call
